The Royal Stewart tartan is the best known tartan of the royal House of Stewart, and is also the personal tartan of Queen Elizabeth II. The sett was first published in 1831 in the book The Scottish Gael by James Logan. Officially, the tartan is worn by the pipers of the Black Watch, Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and the Scots Guards, as well as a select few civilian groups.
It looks great when worn with an Argyll or Prince Charlie jacket and matching 3 or 5 button waistcoat. Dark or silver buttons are available on the jackets and waistcoats, with a matching belt buckle, sporran cantle and kilt pin.
Boys kilts available in sizes 18" to 26" waist and adult kilts available in sizes 28" to 50" waist.
We can provide matching tartan ties for purchase.
