Shipping policy

Despatch

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible to you. However, as many of our products are made to order these cannot be shipped until manufacturing and quality control has been completed.

Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch your order within five working days, although orders placed on Friday or Saturday may take slightly longer. For all made to order items, a member of the team will also be in contact with you to confirm the current manufacturing timescales once your order has been placed.

As soon as the order is complete we will then despatch the order using the delivery service you selected when placing your order. You will receive an email to confirm despatch.

Delivery

At checkout you will be able to select how you would like your items sent.  We use Royal Mail for all domestic and international parcels with standard delivery or tracked and signed for options available.

FREE delivery within the UK for orders over £60!

Free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery within the UK is available on all orders over £60.  To qualify, simply input your UK delivery address at checkout, select the Free Delivery option and pay for your items as normal.

Local Delivery

Anyone with an address within 5 miles of our shop (150 Sandy Row, Belfast) can opt for Local Delivery when ordering £25 or more.  This is a free service where items are usually delivered within 24 hours.  To qualify, simply input your delivery address at checkout and if it is within our local delivery radius you will be able to select the Local Delivery option and pay for your items as normal.

Local Pickup

Anyone that places an order through our online store will have the option to collect from our shop directly.  Simply bring your order confirmation email and the items are yours to take away.  There is no charge for this service and items are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
