Kilt Flashes are strips fabric which hang from the outside of your socks/hose in colours to match those in your kilt. They are attached to elastic garters which fasten with a hook and latch under the cuff of of your socks/hose.
These flashes consist of one main colour with a range of other colours throughout the material.
