Description
The origins of this Tartan can be traced to 1819 when it was also known as Caledonia and MacPherson. At that time the Tartan was predominantly sold to a Dealer called Kidd in Angus. However, the name Kidd can be found generally throughout the British Isles and can be traced back to the English Kidde meaning a Woodman, or a seller of faggots.
This is a high quality fine wool neck tie. Available in over 500 authentic Tartans and made from our light weight Reiver fabric.
